How do I make a return?Updated 13 days ago
Returns are completely free but must be initiated within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items may be tried on or lightly worn, but must be returned in the condition they were received or in a clean, undamaged, and resalable condition.
If your item was purchased through one of our official retailers such as H. Samuel, Argos, F. Hinds, an airline, ferry, or independent jeweller and it’s within 28 days of purchase, please contact the retailer directly. Your purchase contract is with them, and they’ll be able to assist you with any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Follow the steps below to start your return:
Visit our Returns Portal.
Enter your order number and postcode.
Select the item(s) you wish to return, specify a quantity, and choose a reason for return.
Click ‘Submit Request’ to generate your QR code – no printer required.
Take your parcel and the QR code to your local drop-off point. The staff will scan the code and print the label for you.
Keep your postage receipt for tracking. You’ll receive email or SMS updates once your return has been processed.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must:
Be in clean, undamaged, and resalable condition
Be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Include proof of purchase
We reserve the right to decline a return or issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of wear beyond reasonable use. This will be down to our discretion.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us by clicking here.
Special conditions apply to:
Any accessories provided with your purchase (e.g. USB magnetic charging cables for smart watches) must also be returned in their original condition.
For gift sets containing earrings, these can only be returned if the seal on the earring packaging is unbroken and the return is made within 28 days.
- For customers taking advantage of our smart watch free strap offer, if for any reason the watch is returned, the strap must also be returned for a full refund. If the free strap is not returned with your order, the RRP of the strap will be deducted from your refund amount.
