Looking for a Replacement?
- Within 28 days of purchase: Please return to the place of purchase (e.g. Argos, H. Samuel). They will handle your replacement or refund request according to their own returns policy.
- Between 28 days and 6 months of purchase: If the item was purchased from a retailer (e.g. F. Hinds, H. Samuel) rather than directly from our website, please contact the retailer in the first instance
